Event Booking Policy

Thank you for considering Art Is My Vibe to host your creative experience! To ensure every event is personalized and well organized, all bookings require a consultation before your event is confirmed.

Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your requested date and time.

The booking fee secures your consultation, planning, and your event date.

If we decide to move forward after the consultation, the booking fee will be applied toward your total event balance.

If you decide not to book, or if the event is canceled by the client, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Large Events (schools, festivals, churches, corporations, community events, etc.): A phone consultation is required before a quote is provided. Pricing is based on guest count, event length, travel, and materials.

Event Policies & Terms
Thank you for choosing Art Is My Vibe! Our goal is to provide a fun, creative, and stress-free experience for every client. Please review the following policies before booking.
Consultation Required
All events require a consultation before booking. During our meeting or phone call, we will discuss:

Booking Retainer
A non-refundable booking retainer is required to reserve your event date.

Your event date is not confirmed until the retainer has been received.

If we move forward with your event, the retainer will be applied toward your total event cost.

If you choose not to proceed or cancel your event, the retainer is non-refundable, as it covers planning, scheduling, and reserving your date.

Large Events (schools, festivals, churches, corporations, fundraisers, community events, etc.) require a consultation and customized quote.
Minimum & Maximum Guests
-
Standard painting events accommodate 6–20 guests.
-
Events with fewer than six guests may be subject to a minimum event fee.
-
Larger groups can be accommodated with advance planning and a customized quote.
Final Guest Count
Your final guest count must be confirmed at least 7 days before your event, as it determines the supplies and materials that will be prepared.
Final Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than 3 days before your event, unless other arrangements have been approved in writing.
Travel Fees
Travel within our standard service area is included. Events outside the service area may be subject to an additional travel fee, which will be discussed during your consultation.
Setup & Cleanup
Please allow:

30–60 minutes before the event for setup.

30–60 minutes after the event for cleanup.
Venue Requirements
The host is responsible for providing:

Adequate tables and chairs for all participants
-
A clean, safe workspace
-
Proper lighting
-
Access to restrooms
-
Access to water if needed
Event Timing
Painting experiences generally last 60–120 minutes, depending on the selected project and group size.
Late Arrival Policy
Events begin at the scheduled time. Late arrivals will not extend the event time unless previously arranged and additional fees may apply if extra time is requested.
Rescheduling
One complimentary reschedule may be available if requested at least 7 days before the event, subject to availability. Requests made with less notice may require a new booking retainer.
Cancellation Policy
Client cancellations do not qualify for a refund of the booking retainer. Any additional payments made beyond the retainer may be refunded at the discretion of Art Is My Vibe, depending on expenses already incurred.
Photography & Marketing
Photos and videos may be taken during events for promotional purposes. If you or your guests prefer not to be photographed, please let us know before the event begins.
