Original artwork

All original artwork sells ARE final.

If your artwork arise damage during shipping please contact us within seven days of delivery with photos of:

The artwork damage

the shipping box 

the shipping label

We will review the claim and offer a replacement repair store credit or refund when appropriate

 

Custom artwork orders

Because custom artwork is created specifically for each client

Deposits are non refundable Once works began no refunds will be issued Clients will receive progress updates when applicable

Minor vigor visions may be available before a final completion

Final improvement artwork cannot be returned or refunded

More than 14 days before the event for refunds minus deposit

714 days before invent 50% refund

less than seven days before the event no refund

Where one resched be permitted within least seven days notice subject to availability
